Management
Over 20 years of experience in the development of medical equipment and project management from the prototype stage to regulatory certification stage with leading cardiology companies. Has extensive experience in the development of catheters for the treatment of atrial fibrillation arrhythmias, integration of minimized electronics within medical devices, mechanical development and preclinical trials.
Prior to this role, Ran managed medical device development projects for treatment of cardiac arrhythmias with St. Jude Medical, a global leader in the cardiology market space (now part of Abbott). Holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from CCNY University in New York State, USA.

Held leadership roles with multi-disciplinary teams consisting of R&D, Marketing, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, Technical & clinical support, training and Production that directly developed contact force ablation technologies, lesion index and electro-magnetic navigations systems for ablation indications.

Dr. Eckhouse is an inventor, active entrepreneur and one of Israel’s leading medical entrepreneurs, and the owner of Alon MedTech Ventures incubator. He takes an active role in choosing projects and accompanying portfolio companies to success by being involved in the technological and business aspects of the portfolio companies. Dr. Eckhouse has founded and invested in numerous medical technology firms, two of which are leading international companies, (Lumenis and Syneron Medical), both traded on NASDAQ.

Assaf Mansour is business development director with Alon Medtech Ventures and brings with him extensive experience and expertise in investments due diligence, examines the commercial feasibility, strategic planning, management and business development.
Prior to founding Alon Medtech, Mr. Mansour worked in high-tech companies for more than 12 years’, with particular expertise in managing international customers. In his last positions he served as account program manager at Comverse and TTI Telecom, where he was responsible for customers across North America and Europe. Assaf holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
